Having spent almost 30 years in financial services, I have now specialised in equity release and lifetime mortgages for 20 years. My focus is on helping homeowners aged 55+ access the wealth tied up in their property in a safe and regulated way, whilst maintaining security to remain in your home, and giving you peace of mind. Over the last 20 years most of my work has been referred to me by professional connections such as accountants, solicitors and other financial advisers that do not have the level of experience that I do, as well as lots of recommendations from existing customers. I’m also very proud that over that time I have built up a great relationship with several charities that pass their customers to me for advice, such as several local Age Concern charities
Personal Touch And Client Relationships
I live in a little village called Rainford, and now my twin daughters are away at university I have more time to enjoy hobbies like golf, tennis and playing the guitar, which helps me maintain balance outside of work.
I’ve also had a season ticket at Anfield for over 30 years which doesn’t always help to reduce the stress! Many of my clients come through referrals from friends, family, and professional networks, a testament to the service, care, and attention I provide.
