My name is Ian Howarth, founder of Equity Release Guru. Having spent several years as an independent financial adviser I made the move in 2005 to concentrate and specialise in the equity release sector, helping homeowners aged 55+ unlock the value in their homes safely and confidently.
As a wholly independent adviser, I provide bespoke advice tailored to your needs, ensuring recommendations are based solely on the best product in the market for your specific circumstances.
